Learn about penalties fines

You can find out if you have unpaid penalties in several ways:

  1. By sending an SMS-message to the number 7377: 

    • by the certificate of vehicle registration (CVR) 
      Text: штраф SeriesNumberofVehicleCertificate 
      (For example, штраф 77ав123456) 

    • by the driver's license (DL) 
      Text: штраф DLSeries DLNumber 
      (For example, a fine 77va 123456) 

  2. On the portal of public services at pgu.mos.ru  

  3. You must enter the driver's license number, or specify the number and series, as well as the number of the certificate of vehicle registration. 

    Reference: You can subscribe to the notice about penalties by SMS or e-mail. The service provides information in test mode, it only counts penalties imposed starting from Mar 11, 2012. 

  4. On the traffic police website 

    You must enter the number of the car’s plate or the driver's license number, and the number of the certificate of vehicle registration.

Pay a penalty

  1. In all banks.  

    If the penalty is a parking ticket - tell the operator that the details need to be entered manually! The purpose of payment should indicate the number and series of the penalty act. 

  2. On the public services  portal  

    Fees:
    • 0,5 %, min. 5 rub. on the "Bank of Moscow" cards;
    • 1,0 %, min. 10 rub. on any bank cards. 

  3. Through the Sberbank "Avtoplatezh" service - a new convenient method to pay penalties. If the customer of the bank has violated the rules, at the end of the week he will receive an SMS-notification with information about the amount of payment. After the driver sends an sms-message to the bank, the penalty is paid, in addition, the fee for this transaction will amount to 1%. 

    • You can pay a penalty on the traffic police website

    To confirm the payment you need to send a scanned or photographed receipt with a mark of payment to the following email address: zhaloba@mskampp.ru

    You need to send the payment receipt only if you have paid the penalty over a week ago, but the data still shows it is unpaid.

    After receiving the receipt, the staff of the SOE AMPS will check the payment, after that the penalty will be removed from the database as a paid within three days. The SOE AMPS reserves the right for further document checks.

    To appeal against a penalty

    For violation of parking rules:

    Required documents:

    1. A complaint about the resolution in the case of an administrative offense (2 attachments:  complaint formcompleted complaint sample); 

    2. A double-sided copy of the resolution; 

    3. A statement of the complaint without the personal presence of the applicant. In the event of rejection the applicant will be additionally informed on the date and time of the complaint (attachment: sample application); 

    4. In case the applicant misses the prescribed term of appeal, a petition must be written for reinstatement of the period to appeal against the resolution about an administrative offense. (A complaint about the resolution in the case of an administrative offense may be filed within 10 days (Article 30.3 of the Administrative Code) from the date of delivery or receipt of the copy of the resolution) (attachment: petition form); 

    5. Additional information: checks, receipts, details, copy of the mail envelope (optional). 

    Registration of complaints received is performed by the clerical office. You can find out the registration number of the document by calling 8-495-988-30-59 ext.10-17.

      Terms of processing complaints about the resolution in the case of an administrative offense: 10 days (Administrative Code, art. 30.5). 

       
      Within three days after the processing the applicant is sent is sent a copy of the resolution in the case of an administrative offense to his postal address.

      Terms: 

      After receiving the receipt, the traffic police employees will check for payment, then the penalty will be removed from the unpaid database within three days. The STSI reserves the right for further document checks.
